The only problem was that the handle was put on very crocked and there was two spots on the outer bowl where the colour was missing. So when I told her about the defects, she got defensive and said I was being too harsh. So l guess for $120 plus shipping and handling, plus insurance, plus tax, for a total of $173.17 . It's too much to expect something without defects, especially on a single item.
